What this site collects

Two things, and only two.

First, anything you type into a form. When you use the contact form or a signup on this site, the fields you complete (typically your name, email, company or institution, and your message) are sent to me so I can respond. If you arrive from the Diagnostic page or a tool, a short tag noting where you came from may be included so I know the context of your request.

Second, basic analytics. This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit, which pages they read, and how they found the site. This is aggregate usage data. It sets cookies in your browser to do so. It is used to improve the site, not to build a profile of you.

Who helps process it

I keep the stack deliberately small.

Formspree delivers form submissions to my inbox. Your form data passes through Formspree for that purpose. Their handling is governed by their own privacy terms.

Google Analytics 4 provides the site analytics described above, governed by Google's privacy terms.

That is the entire list. There is no advertising network, no data broker, and no third party that receives your information for their own use.

What I do not do

I do not sell your information. I do not rent, trade, or share it with anyone for marketing. I do not add you to a newsletter or a list because you contacted me. If we work together and you share member or client data under an NDA, that agreement governs, and it is handled separately from anything on this site.

Interactive tools store nothing

Any self-assessment or calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent anywhere, not saved, and not tied to you. When you close the tab, they are gone. If a tool offers to email you your own result, that email is composed on your device and goes only where you send it.

How long it is kept

Form submissions are kept as long as needed to respond to you and, if we begin working together, to serve the engagement. Ask me to delete them and I will. Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention settings and is not linked to your name.

Removing your information

Email contact@atlasinstinct.com and ask, and I will remove what I hold about you. You can also ask what I hold in the first place. No form, no friction.

Changes to this page

If how the site handles information changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top updates. Questions are welcome at contact@atlasinstinct.com.
